Q: Do I have to fill out an application?
A:
Yes, an application for each tenant is required before
signing a lease on a property.
Q:
Will my credit be checked?
A:
Yes, upon completion of the application we will check credit,
eviction, criminal, and will need to verify employment and income.
All of these factors
will aid in determining whether you will be approved or denied.
Q:
Do I have to pay an application fee?
A:
Yes, a non-refundable fee of $30 is required with each
application.
Q:
How long is the application process?
A:
It only takes 10-15 minutes to complete the application.
Once completed, we will complete the processing within
24-36hrs.
Maintenance
Q:
How do I report a maintenance issue that is
not an emergency?
A:
The fastest way to report a maintenance issue/request is to
send an email to
maintenance@flagshipnc.com
with your name, address, phone number, and brief description of the
request.
If this is not
the most convenient option for you, then call Flagship Property
Management at 252-644-1294 and press 2 to leave a message and
your request will be processed in a timely manner.
Q:
What if I have an emergency maintenance
issue?
A:
In the case of an emergency maintenance issue you may call
252-375-8158 and leave a
message. A maintenance
representative will call you back in just a
few minutes.
Q:
What is considered an “emergency” issue?
A:
Fire, flood, or criminal are considered an emergency issue
and will need to be addressed immediately.
You should dial 911 immediately given these scenarios.
General
Q:
Do you allow pets?
A:
Most of our properties will allow pets with a non-refundable
fee of $250 paid up front at the time of lease signing.
(Some weight and breed restrictions may apply)
Q:
How long will you “hold” a unit?
A:
After application approval, we will only sign leases and
collect deposits if the lease will begin within 45 days of signing
the lease. All
properties are “first come, first serve”
Q:
How/where do I pay rent?
A: All rents will be due on the 1st of each month and considered late if received after the 5th. These payments may be made at our office at 1025-E Director Ct., Greenville, NC 27858 or can be mailed to this location. We also have a post office box (PO Box 1055 Winterville, NC 28590) if you wish to mail it there.
